1. Scope
These terms apply to participation in the private community “Cseretér / Charitaire” (hereinafter “Platform”).
The Platform is for private, non-commercial contact and barter between members only.
The administrators of the Platform act as Operators.
2. No Responsibility for Exchanges
Operators provide only the technical platform.
They are not parties, mediators, or guarantors of any exchanges or agreements.
All agreements are made solely between members.
3. Disclaimer
Operators are not obligated to review content or users.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from use.
4. Membership & Use
Membership is by invitation only.
Platform use is strictly private and non-commercial.
Illegal, harmful, or offensive content is prohibited.
Operators may block access at any time without giving reasons.
5. Privacy
Only the minimum required data is collected (e.g., username, email, postal code, IP address).
Members may voluntarily provide additional data such as first/last name, city, or region.
Optional data is stored encrypted and used only to improve search and matching functions.
Data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Members control what they share with others.
6. Content & Rights
Members retain ownership of their content.
Operators may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
7. Changes
Operators may change the terms at any time. Members will be notified before changes take effect.
8. Applicable Law
The law of the operators’ country of residence applies.
